Help Desk and Remote Support

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate:

  • The ability to support PC desktop and networking issues
  • Previous (minimum six months) support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in providing customer service and support
  • Attention to detail

This position's requirements include::

  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record
  • Availability for one week per month on-call shift
  • Ability and interest in being a part of a dynamic, growing environment
  • Work experience (minimum six months) with troubleshooting/repair

Day to Day duties include:

  • Phone and remote diagnosis and repair of issues including Office, Active Directory passwords and permissions, web site and email support, and networking support
  • Provide expeditious service to sensitive clients
  • Status and resolution documentation in our online ticketing system
  • Password resets of hosting accounts
  • Scheduling of on-site technical work when remote support is not practical
  • Wireless networking support
  • Backup assistance to our in-office technician
